Leading Women in Business: Cincinnati

You won’t find any other place like Camargo Trading in the entire Midwest, and when you do find it, you’ll never want to leave.

For the last two decades, Camargo has been one of the most favorite shops for all-things home design. Providing tailored and unique treasures, the Camargo team lives and moves by one overarching mantra: “We’re here to help our customers live beautifully,” says owner Meggan Sulfsted.

Camargo’s eye for beauty has turned the heads of magazines like Vogue, Bazaar, Lucky, Oprah, and InStyle, and it’s become one of the top Mariposa retailers throughout the country. From artwork and accessories to lighting and home decor, Camargo has easily pushed back against the modern challenges of supply chain disruptions and low inventory.

“We’re here to help our customers live beautifully.”

“These are odd times we’re living in, but we’ve expanded our offering at a time where many are paring down,” says Meggan. “We’ve also taken on more interior design consultations in order to be more full-service. Choosing beautiful things for our store and partnering with my clients just comes naturally to me. I live my business – spotting trends, traveling frequently, and constantly exploring to discover new inspirations. It’s a true blessing to be able to add beauty to the world around me.”
